- What are your rental rates?
Rates begin at $75 on weekdays, and $150 on weekends. Please contact us to tell us more about your needs, or complete the client request form for more details! - What does my rental time include?
Use of the space during your reserved time, existing studio furniture, wifi, smart TV - How much time do I get for set-up and break-down?
Please account for set-up, break-down, clean-up, etc in your reserved time, Your rental period is calculated from loading in, to locking up. - How do I reserve the day and time I want?
Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive a contract and deposit request for 50% of your rental fee. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event is happening within 30 days of the reserved date, payment in full is due at the time of booking. - Can I rent additional furniture?
